What is the Android 11 developer preview (Beta)?

When will Android 11 be released as a public beta?
Google will be going to Release its Android 11 public beta at Google I/O on Around 10 to 15 May 2020.
How to Install Android 11 Developer Preview?
2- Sign in Google account.
3- Click on Download Button
4- Download Your Device OTA Update File by clicking on Link there.
5- Once Downloaded, Go to Your Phone Settings > System > Advanced > System Update to check for available downloads. (It will show up in few minutes)
6- Restart Your Phone to Start Android 11 Beta Update.
NOTE- This method won’t clear your device, but you need to backup all data if something goes wrong!
